The scouting reports you fill out can easily be accessed from the Scouting tab in your FarmQA account. Editing the look of your Reports tab
- Log in to your FarmQA account from the web app if you aren't already.
- Click on the Scouting icon, then make sure you're in the Reports tab.
- Any column can be sorted by clicking on the column header. Click once to sort the column in Ascending order and twice to sort the column in Descending order (pictured below).
- Reports with values that you want to be excluded can be removed by clicking on the Filter icon in the header of any column (pictured below).
- You can filter the column to remove scouting reports that Start With, End With, Contain, Equal, or Do Not Equal the value you enter in the Enter the value box (pictured below).
- Click the Filter button to execute your operation.
- You're also able to edit what scouting reports are shown in the Reports page by using the Columns dropdown menu (pictured below).
- Check the Select All box if you want all of the available columns to appear in your scouting report. Otherwise, either scroll through the list or use the Search to find the attribute column you want to omit. Simply uncheck the box next to the attribute name to deselect it (pictured below).
- When you're done, press the OK button.

- Log in to your FarmQA account from the web app if you aren't already.
- Click on the Scouting icon.
- In the Reports tab, locate the scouting report you'd like to download.
- Click the checkbox to the left of the scouting report you'd like to download (pictured below).
- If you'd like to download more than one scouting report to a PDF at a time, check the box next to all the scouting reports you'd like to download (pictured below).
- NOTE: the maximum number of scouting reports that can be exported to a single PDF is 40. If you'd like to download more than 40 scouting reports in a single PDF, please contact FarmQA Support.
- When you've selected the report(s) you want to download, click the Download button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen (pictured below).

- Log in to your FarmQA account from the web app if you aren't already.
- Click on the Scouting icon.
- In the Reports tab, customize the data you want to see by using the following tools:
- Use the Columns dropdown menu to select which columns in the tab you want displayed.
- Use the Timeframe Selector dropdown menu to edit the timeframe over which you want your data populated from. The options available to you are pictured below.
- When you're satisfied when the data that is displayed in the Reports tab, click on the Excel button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen (pictured below).
- The Excel file that gets downloaded will display the same information in the same format that is loaded in the Reports tab at the time you click the Excel button.
Exporting your scouting reports to an Excel spreadsheet
- Log in to your FarmQA account from the web app.
- Click on the Scouting tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Within the Reports tab, select the report(s) that you want to export.
- Click the Export Icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select Export to Excel (pictured below).
- The Export will contain one row per scouting observation, with the columns being the reports content.
- Note: If reports with different scouting templates are selected there will be a different column for every question in each of the templates.
- If multiple reports were selected, each report will populate within a different tab in the exported Excel document (pictured below).
