Before you import soil test results into FarmQA, your file needs to be formatted as a CSV. If your lab sent results as a PDF or another format, copy the data into Excel and save it as a .CSV file.
Your CSV should include the following columns:

| Grower | The name of the grower or farm your fields are associated with |
| Field ID | The name of the field the samples were taken from |
| Sample ID | The ID of each sample — a letter, number, or combination |
| Sample Depth | The depth the samples were taken at |
| Date | The date the samples were taken |
Additional columns for each soil property you want to import (for example, N lb/ac, P ppm, K ppm) follow after these.
