Generate lab submittal sheets and sample labels from the Work page before submitting to your lab. Files are only available for tasks that have a lab associated with them.
- Select the Work icon, then select the Task list tab.
- Check the box next to each task you want to generate files for.
- Select Export lab files above the task list.
- In the Choose files to export window, check the boxes next to the files you want:
- Lab submittal sheet (PDF) — send to your lab so they can prepare for your samples
- Lab submittal sheet (XML) — machine-readable format for labs that accept XML

Sample labels (PDF) — print and apply to your sample bags before collection
- Labels print 30 to a sheet. When you export several tasks together, their labels fill sheets continuously instead of starting a new sheet for each field. Each label shows its field name, so fields can share a sheet. For composite and zone tasks, you get one label per sample bag and depth. Agvise labels come from Agvise and aren't affected.
- Select Export. If you selected multiple files, they download as a zipped folder.
