The Season Totals tab gives you a multi-field view of the nutrient applications, water, and season activity for your current growing season — all in one grid, without opening individual field records.
Each row represents one field. Columns show core field information alongside season aggregates: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and sulfur applied (lb/ac), irrigation and rain totals (in), and a count of application records for the season. Fields with no records show 0, not blank.
All values reflect the current season only.
Open Season Totals
Select the Fields tab, then select Season Totals.
Understand the columns
The grid includes core field information — name, organization, grower, field rep — alongside the following season aggregate columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| N (lb/ac) | Total nitrogen applied from ingredient-level values on application records |
| P (lb/ac) | Total phosphorus applied |
| K (lb/ac) | Total potassium applied |
| S (lb/ac) | Total sulfur applied |
| Irrigation (in) | Total irrigation from water events for the season |
| Rain (in) | Total rainfall from water events for the season |
| Completed applications | Number of application records for the season |
| Planting date | Planting date for the season, the same value shown on the Fields tab |
| Harvest date | Harvest date for the season, the same value shown on the Fields tab |
| Yield | Yield for the season, the same value shown on the Fields tab |
| Events | Season events recorded on the field, the same values shown on the Fields tab |
Nutrient totals are calculated from ingredient-level values on application records, not from product type.
Planting date, Harvest date, Yield, and Events are off by default. Select Columns in the grid toolbar to add them.
Add custom property columns
Custom property columns from the field list are available on the Season Totals grid. No custom properties appear by default — you add the ones you want.
- Select Columns in the grid toolbar.
- Find the custom property column you want to add and select it to enable it.
- Select Apply.
Custom property columns support grouping, filtering, sorting, and Excel export the same way they do on the field list. No new custom property configuration is needed — Season Totals uses what's already defined on the field list.
Sort, filter, and group
Season Totals supports the same sort, filter, group, and saved view behavior as the field list.
To group by a column, select the column header menu and select Group by this column. When grouping is active:
- A subtotal row appears below each group's data rows, showing sums for numeric columns and blanks for text columns.
- A grand total row appears at the bottom of the grid.
- Select the arrow next to a group header to collapse or expand it. Collapsing a group shows its aggregate values inline on the header row so rollup totals stay visible.
- Collapse All and Expand All controls appear in the grid toolbar.
To save the current column layout, filters, sort, and grouping as a named view, select the view selector and choose Save as new view. Saved views are available to all users in your enterprise.
Export to Excel
Select Export to download the current grid as an Excel file. The export carries grouping structure and total rows through with values matching the grid.
