Chemical compliance checking and harvest review are available to selected accounts. If you don't see these features, contact your FarmQA representative.
FarmQA's compliance and harvest review tools give growers and field representatives a structured, auditable path from season record-keeping to harvest approval. Growers enter and submit their field records; field reps check compliance, review records, and approve fields for harvest. Every action is logged so there's a clear record of what was reviewed, by whom, and when.
This section covers how compliance checking works, how to run checks, and how to manage the grower-to-field-rep handoff at end of season.
Understand how it works
- How chemical compliance checking works — What compliance checking covers, how results are calculated, and what the compliance states mean.
- Required data for compliance submission — The fields that must be complete on application records, chemicals, and activity data before a compliance check or field submission can proceed.
Run compliance checks
- Run a compliance check on a field — Select fields, run checks through ExtendAg, review results, and find growers who haven't updated records for the current period.
- Group and organize fields in the field list — Review fields by compliance and harvest status by grouping and creating saved views in the field list.
- Review season totals across fields — Review nutrient, water and application record totals by grouping and creating saved views in the season totals list.
Submit and approve fields for harvest
- Submit a field for harvest review — For growers: how to submit one or more fields when season records are complete, and what happens after you submit.
- Review and approve fields for harvest — For field reps: how to approve, return, or reject submitted fields, process fields in bulk, and track harvest readiness across your portfolio.
