Create a new configuration
Available from the: WEB APP
Permissions: ENTERPRISE ADMIN, AGRONOMIST
- Click on the Reports
tab, then click on the
Create button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
- In the Select fields window, check the box next to the field(s) you want to add to your report configurations.
- Click the Update button at the bottom of the screen to add the selected fields to your report configuration.
- In the Create configuration window, click on the Fields tab to lay out what maps you want to load into your map book.
- Click on the
All fields button to set the maps you want to load into all fields in your map book. Use the dropdowns next to MANAGEMENT ZONES, SOIL RESULTS, or NUTRIENTS TO APPLY and check the box next to the map(s) you want printed in your map book.
- Set the order you want your map books to be printed in by clicking on the Display tab and clicking on the dropdown next to your fields. Click on and drag your maps so they are in the order you want them to be printed in.
- Customize your report formatting it the Settings tab, namely the header options and the map type.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save the configuration or click the Generate button to generate your report.
Edit an existing report configuration
Available from the: WEB APP
Permissions: ENTERPRISE ADMIN, AGRONOMIST
- Click on the Reports
tab, then click on the report configuration you want to edit in the Configurations tab.
- Click on the Edit
button at the top of the screen.
- Make your desired edits in the Edit configuration window, then click the Save button at the bottom of the window.
Download a report configuration
Available from the: WEB APP
Permissions: ENTERPRISE ADMIN, AGRONOMIST
- Click on the Reports
tab, then click on the report configuration you want to export in the Configurations tab.
- In the Reports section on the right-hand side of the screen, click on the Download
button next to the report you'd like to download.
