Connect a soil lab to your account to route sampling tasks to it and print lab submittal sheets that include the analysis packages you want run on your samples.
Add the lab
- Select the Soil icon, then select the Labs tab.
- Select Add new lab, then select Other soil lab.
- In the Add Other soil lab window, fill in the lab details:
- Name — a name for the lab in your account
- Account number — your account number with the lab
- Contact name — your contact at the lab
- Phone number — your lab contact's phone number
- Email address — your lab contact's email address
- Select Add analysis package to add the analysis packages you want available when setting up sampling tasks.
- Select Save.
Turn on automatic submission
Automatic submission requires a lab email address that is registered with FarmQA. If you enter an email address that isn't registered, submissions will fail. Contact the FarmQA support team at support@farmqa.com to confirm your lab's email is registered before enabling this.
- Select the lab from your registered labs list.
- Verify the Email address field contains your lab's FarmQA-registered email.
- Turn on Submit automatically.
- Select Save.
