Create an account when your operation is new to FarmQA. The person who signs up becomes the account's Enterprise Administrator and can add everyone else afterward.
If your company or agronomist already uses FarmQA, don't create a new account. Your administrator adds you to theirs, and you sign in for the first time with the login they give you.

Start your account
- Go to the FarmQA sign-in page.
- Select Start free trial.
- Enter your name and email address, then select Next.
- Check your email for a message from FarmQA with a code.
- Enter the code, then select Next.
Set up your account
- Enter the name of your company or operation. This is the name your account uses in FarmQA.
- Set your unit of measure. Imperial shows field area in acres, and Metric shows it in hectares.
- Choose the statement that best describes your business.
- Select the crops you grow. FarmQA adds a starter scouting template for each crop you choose, and you can add more crops later.
- Set and confirm your password. It needs at least 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character.
- Review your details, then select Submit.
Your account is ready. Sign in and start with your organization structure and fields.
