Upload a zone map

Bring a zone map you already have, from another system, a consultant, or an earlier season, into FarmQA instead of building it again. Once it's uploaded, you can write prescriptions from it and edit it like any other management zone.

Upload the file

1. On the Home page, select the field.
2. In the map pane that slides out, under Layers, select Add layer, then select Management zones.
3. Select Select zone file (or drop here) and choose the file, or drag the file onto the map pane.

If the file won't upload, the shape may have a geometry problem. See Shape won't upload or save: geometry errors.
