QA Farmer launches Rain Gauge this week — growers can now track rainfall by location, receive daily notifications, and view and edit historical rainfall data from the app.

Rain gauge
Growers can now track rainfall by location directly in QA Farmer. Add gauges from the map or list view, search by address to place a pin, and view daily rainfall, total rainfall, and daily average on each gauge's detail screen. Rainfall is populated automatically each day from a weather provider, with current-year history backfilled on creation. Growers can override individual daily values, revert overrides to the automated reading, delete gauges they no longer need, and toggle notifications per gauge. Rainfall values respect the app's configured unit preference (inches or millimeters). A daily notification fires when any gauge records rainfall above zero.
