Setting up a user with a Workflow license

Assigning a Workflow license to a user

Available from the: WEB APP

Permissions: ENTERPRISE ADMINISTRATOR

• Click on the Settings icon, then click on the Users tab.
• Click on the user you want to add a workflow license to.
• Check the box next to Workflow enabled in the User license section (pictured below). 

• If you can't add a workflow license this way, you may not have enough available workflow licenses available in your account. You can see this by looking at the available licenses at the top of the screen. Get in touch with the FarmQA Support team if you'd like to add more workflow licenses to your account.
