Application period defaults from field plan steps
When creating a recommendation or application record from a field plan step, the application period is now automatically populated from that step. You can still override it before saving. If the plan step has no application period set, no default is applied. This reduces re-entry and keeps compliance data consistent across the plan and its downstream records.

- Newly created fields now save correctly when a field with the same name, crop, and growing season was created recently in the same enterprise.
