Resetting your Password

To reset your password, you will start at the main login page and select the “Can’t remember your password?” option as circled below.

Enter your accounts email address and select the “Send Reset Link” button.

Navigate to your inbox and find the email from FarmQA support with your temporary password. Enter the Temporary password in the set new password screen in the app, along with your new password and select “Reset Password” button.

* if you do not receive an email, please check your junk/spam folder or contact support for assistance.

When you get the below screen you have successfully completed the reset!
