Bin Storage
Know what’s left in storage at-a-glance. Simple, mobile-friendly bin tracking keeps your on-farm inventory organized and always up to date.
To manage your Bins within your QA Farmer app., select the Bin Storage tile from the home screen.
On the main Bin Storage page, you will see totals by crop (top center) and your list of Bins you currently have input.
In the bottom right hand is the “Add Bin” button, and the upper right is the “Filter” button for easy filtering capabilities. You can filter by Bin Name, Fields, Crop Type, Variety or Crop Grade.
When adding in a new bin select the “+ Add Bin” button, fill out all the information you wish to track for the commodity in that bin and select “Add”.
To adjust inventory, select the bin you wish to adjust the inventory of, on the pop-up screen on the bottom right, enter the number of bushels you wish to add/subtract. You can then select the add or subtract buttons to the side or select adjust inventory to adjust and close out of the screen. The bins inventory will be adjusted automatically.
