Using FarmQA's chatbot

FarmQA's chatbot is an AI powered tool that can readily answer user's questions. Our chatbot is trained on the articles found in our support article library and blogs posted to farmqa.com. 

Asking the chatbot a question

Available from the: WEB APP

User permissions: ALL USERS

• From any page in the FarmQA web app, click on the Ask a question button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen (pictured below). 

• Type the question you'd like to ask the chatbot in the Ask a question box (pictured below). 

• An example of what you can ask the chatbot has been shared in the screenshot below. In this example, we asked the chatbot 'how do I make a field?' and a step-by-step guide is returned (pictured below).
